Please your help, I need to install canadian payroll in my test environment, but when I try to download Canadian Payroll it ask for a MS account to NAV 365, but I am using NAV 2018 on premise, how can I download the installer of Canadian Payroll to NAV 2018 on premise?

In the end I had to depend on my provider to receive the payroll installation package, but I would like to know how I can make that Package by myself
