Hi Community,
Does anybody know how to set the From field when creating an email record in a workflow process?
The field is greyed out. When going to the form editor, the field is normal... not hidden, not anything special..
Could appreciate some help!

This only works if you can actually enter a value in the from field, which is excatly the problem, because I cannot.
Someone else experienced the same problem and the solution is described here:

Check if field is disabled or not.
Also check if from field is working if you create new email record directly

Hi Debbie,
Refer the link below:
You can add the From field by clicking on the field From and int he right side, select the value for 'Set For' and click on Add. You can also provide a default value below.
