Adding Access Team Members in Customer Service Hub - No Can Do!!

Hi

I have set up an Access Team in my CRM system and this is working fine in the normal environment.

I am able to add users to the Access Team and this is working fine.

However, when I view the same form in the Customer Service Hub, I am not able to add Users to an Access Team.  There is no button to say add user.

Has anyone any experience of this and a workaround so I can manage Access Teams from CSH.

Thanks

Lee

    Hi Lee,

At this stage Teams are read only in the new Unified Interface that Customer Service Hub uses. Please see documentation here.

As an afterthought, a work around could be to create a webresource via JavaScript or an embedded powerapp and add this to the teams form or as a link in the sitemap.
