Good day,
One of our users is currently unable to see the "Product Receipt" menu (Purchase ledger -> Purchase orders -> All purchase orders -> Receive -> Generate -> Product receipt). Tried assigning all the relevant security roles but to no avail.
Would appreciate it if anyone could please point in the direction of the potential solution to this issue.

Hi Jay1,
Can you inform us what are the relevant security roles in your environment? Are you using custom roles or standard roles?
Ensure the role for the user has permissions to the menu item "PurchFormLetter_PackingSlip". The privilege "Process product receipts" has access to this. The related duty is "Maintain product receipt".
The buying agent, Landed cost agent, Receiving clerk and Project manager has access by default.

Tested the "buying agent" security role and it seems to have resolved the issue even though it did not work the last time I tried it (Not sure what happened there) .
