Lynn,

Once you have installed Service Pack 4 for RMS 2.0. The partial payment Authorization is already set in place. There is nothing that the store will need to implement this. Unfortunately there is not documentation out there other than the Read Me file on Service Pack 4, which just states that Partial Payment Authorization is now a feature.
