5Somehow GP allowed me to put serialized product into a site and then blocks my ability to remove that product.
Item received on 6/15 to site A.
Item returned on 6/30 (presumably a postdated transaction) to site B.
Item shipped on 7/15 from site A.
Now the serial is stuck in site B because of an inaccurate return transaction. I cannot adjust it out. I cannot ship it out. GP blocks both transactions. I have 154 serial numbers in this state. Can anyone help? Thanks.
