Did you change something in the form fields?
There's a field in the form called ItemTypeIcon. This field is type Image.
But your error message suggests that on your form this field type is Real (number).
If you go to DesignList of your form, and locate ItemTypeIcon, what is the Type of it?
Can you compile this form without errors?
