Have users agree to privacy statement before continuing in HR

I was wondering if anyone has setup a PowerApp, PowerAutomate, or something, so when a user first logs into D365HR they have to read and agree to a privacy statement before continuing in D365HR? Looking for some ideas.

Hi Yepitsme,

I think you can do something like this.

1. Create a user with the only system user role

2. Create a Power App with the User agreement and once they accept then assign the role like Manager/Employee.

3. Put the Power App on the new user homepage

4. Ask them to accept
