Web Services Error "Unable to add user to sql"

I am trying to create a demo using virtual enviornment. I have two machines one is the DC having CRM and SQL server. The other is only for GP. When I try to install the web services it keeps giving me the error "unable to add user to sql". What do I need to do as I have tried different option with different users and keep getting the same error.

The user might be already added to the SQL Server, try with different user.
