I recently started a trial instance of Dynamics 365 as I wanted to see how the Dynamics app for outlook worked. I successfully enabled my mailbox used server side sync for incoming and outgoing emails, which allowed me to add the Dynamics app to my outlook. After it was set up I clicked on an email and clicked the new Dynamics 365 button within outlook. At this point the pane opens up at the side of outlook and tried to load the interface. After a few seconds I get a pop up, which you can see below.
Cancelling this or clicking off the pop up causes the app to fail so my last option is to allow. When i click allow I'm presented with the following message.
I click on 'look for an app in the store' and there are no results for osf. Back in the outlook app I'm presented with the below message.
Does anyone have any idea why this would be happening?
