Can we access the integration information between Microsoft Teams and a pinned Opportunity?

Hello Experts,

I would like to be able to access the specific opportunity information from the Microsoft
Teams site where the Opportunity has been pinned to a channel.  
For example, when an opportunity is pinned to a channel, the Files tab in Teams is connected to and displays within the opportunity in Dynamics.
We would like to pull in the pinned opportunity data into the SharePoint Files list to use as metadata for the files that are added.
  
How is the backend connection between the specific opportunity and Teams channel made?  
Is that connection accessible?
