Create GP Security on one Site

Dear All,

please be advised that i have customer use GP2010 need to have a security on GP 2010 that gran a user access on only one inventory site as they have several sites and only one specific account.

So how we could conduct this requirements

Hi Msobky,

I need to expand on the requirements a bit more to help you I think. My gut says GP security can't do what you're suggesting but let's dig into it a bit.

When you say the user should only be able to access one site, what functions and windows do they need to perform or use? The "one specific account" part, do you mean they should only be able to inquire on a single GL account?

There isn't any out of the box security around site restrictions in GP so I don't know offhand how that could be accommodated. The more specifics you can provide, someone may have a solution.
