Can only view connections I have created.

I have created connections between Accounts and added a sub-grid to my Accounts form. The connections appear fine but I can only view the connections I have created, I'm unable to view all connections made for those accounts. The same behaviour is happening for all users.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

Make sure that the security role that you and the other users belong to have Organization (or at least Business Unit, if that's the requirement) privilege on the Connection Entity.

This should be for the Read Privilege, and Append/AppendTo (based on requirements again).

It’s either security role or the view that is related to the subgrid you added

Have you checked security roles privileges for Connections? In each Security Role's "Core Records" tab there is an item called "Connection". Users need to have a security role where the privilege level for this is set to an appropriate level (e.g. Organisation) to be able to see Connections which are owned by other users
