One of our users is changing to a new role, and the screens she previously has not used (AR & OM modules) do not display according to the company-wide customizations the rest of us have. For example, the amounts in the Customer Activity screen only show the whole dollars--not the cents. There is also a customization that should be applied to the Payment App screen, but it's not there for this user only. Could it have anything to do with her access rights?
Thank you for the reply. I see the Customization Group field in the user maintenance screen, but it is blank for all users. Your second suggestion is what we tried at first--exporting a customization from the user that is working and importing it into the other one--but then we lost other features. I guess we could have chosen the wrong file to import, but now we're gun-shy. Thanks again.
Depending on the version that you are using, you could have a one user customizations for all of the other users or on more recent versions, the concept of group customizations was introduced. You can look at the user maintenance screen for someone that is working and if you click on the groups tab, there should be a customization group field there (pending what version you are on). If not, then look for a one user customization for that screen for a user that is working in the export customizations list of customizations
