I can not move a completed PO Req to a PO. On the Req it says the following "not all information needed for purchase has been entered". From what i can tell all required info is on the Req including the site and a vendor.

What am i missing?

It's unhappy with your item number and vendor ID. Confirm that these are correct. Also check whether the item (if an inventory item) is assigned to that vendor.

If the Item is an Inventory Item, ensure the Item / Vendor combination exists.

Cards >> Inventory >> Creditors.
