    Hello Quyen,

    Customer Groups are used to categorize your customers. There are a few defaults:

    Terms of Payment

    Time between invoice due date and actual payment

    Write-off reason

    Sales tax group

    There is an old entry about this topic, whichs gives some good information

    community.dynamics.com/.../purpose-of-customer-group

    Try to ask in the D365 - Finance and Operations (or which application you use) or AX section in the forum.
