Use of personalized menu in subgrid

Hi all,

In Opportunity, I would like to have the same menu as in fig.1 (fig.1) which is standard on the document table, in fig.2 where there is a personalized table.
Is it possible or is it managed by the system?

    As per my understanding, it is some sort of personal view which is created against the record. For more details find an attached screenshot

    can you explain me more? I have not understood your exposition, but maybe my ask was not so clear .......

    "I want to change the menu in picture 2 with menu in picture 1 on a personalized table that I have created with the intention of replacing the table SharepointDocument, and charge my own files on it and join the files to an opportunity".

    Hi DiePic ,        

       You could  use ribbon workbench, create a new solution and import your two entities. one is the SharePoint document and the other is the custom entity.

            Select the entity(SharePoint document), find the three buttons you want in the sub grid, copy from the SharePoint document entity to the sub grid of another entity in order.

            COPY: select the button & copy the button

            Note: You must right-click and select “Customise Command” before right-clicking to copy.

          The other two buttons can be copied normally. This button needs to click the drop-down box and drag into a MENU SECTION after copying and then copy each file type in the same way and drag it in.

    I'm totally new to this world and didn't know this tool existed.

    I search an install it, and follow some basic video but it is not so easy.

    I try to do this entity

    But when I try to charge the tool, this error is showing:

    I dont understand where I'm mistaken ... can you help me more? expecially where is MENU SECTION.

    Hi DiePic,

      Sorry for forgetting to explain ribbon workbench  to you. The reason for the error here is that you ticked both options. please go back to the solution to remove the two entities you imported and re-import, this time please remember not to tick.

    1- Now I had succes to copy single buttons, but I dont find the correct way for submenus.

    2- only 1 button appear on menu of subgrid

    3- file uploaded is not saved in my table but in SharePointDcoument table ... where I can change the name of storage table?

    Hi partner,

       Let me answer your third question first, I think you care more about the result. this is not possible, Because the SharePoint Document table is the default table in the system,  sales hub and SharePoint are also integrated with each other. SharePoint is like a database. The SharePoint Document table is used to store files. For the problem of changing the name of the storage table, the table name cannot be changed after the table is created.

       If you want to continue, please follow the steps below:

         1.right click& click customize Command

         3.go to your own entities & paste

         4.click dropdown list  & drag in a Menu Section

         5.return back(sharepointdocument) right click& copy word

    I wanted to create an alternate storage for files, because I've trouble to insert a field CATEGORY for my documents:
     

       

     I've create it in SharePoint and it's working, but this need to much steps for our users and I dont want they navigate in sharepoint .... can you give me some idea?
