Hi Guys ,
I have a requirement related to security access and and looking for your advice on that .
When the contact record create , based on the the one flag field , another field on the contact should be hidden to one group of user . should be hidden every where , advance find and view etc .
Since this is specific record ,field level security access , how to handle this ?

As stated above, Field level security applies to all records. I guess that you can use business rules based on a boolean field in the same form. we have contact records
Contact record 1 email : xyz@gmail.com , Can view ?: No
Contact record 2 email : abc@gmail.com , Can view ?: Yes
Specific group of user able to see only email address of record 2 only .

Thanks for your answer , will it work to control only for specific record as if we use field level security profile, it will hide that field all the records for the user who has that security profile .
