D365HR/D365FO - Send emails using shared mailbox

Hi everyone,

I need to send emails from a shared mailbox (no password). Anyone knows how can I configure that using D365 HR?

    Hi Ana,

    I think it is not recommended to configure the SMTP setting without the password. This can be configured by the Admin team.
