Legend moving to top of chart on dashboard.

Anyone else seeing this issue where the legend of a chart is moving to the top the dashboard? The chart on the list view shows it on the bottom. I don't see any place where I can change this, but it's happening on every chart.

This is a known issue as of now and product team is already working on this, below is the current update. you can create support ticket for this at your end, and you will get update once this would be resolved or mitigate.

    Problem

Users may observe that chart titles overlap with chart legends when viewing dashboards in Model-Driven Apps (for example, Sales Activity Dashboard). This issue is reproducible in a vanilla environment and affects the dashboard viewing experience. The same charts render correctly when the dashboard is opened in Edit/Designer mode

    Workaround

This issue is currently under investigation by engineering. There is currently no workaround available. Users must wait for the product fix.

    Possible impacts:

    • Dynamics 365 Sales
    • Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys (former Marketing)
    • Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Data (former Customer Insights)
    • Dynamics 365 Customer Service
    • Dynamics 365 Contact Center
    • Dynamics 365 Field Service
    • Microsoft Dataverse

I would treat it as a likely Microsoft UI regression/change and raise a support ticket.

It seems to be a temporary issue with the Microsoft product, possibly related to D365 CRM. Please refresh the page or try logging in with another user to confirm whether the issue is specific to your account. If it works for another user, please wait for some time and try again later, as the issue may resolve automatically.

    Hello,

I've encountered this in several environments, it seems to be an issue with the Microsoft product.
I believe they'll fix it soon. For now, there's nothing we can do to resolve it, we just have to wait for Microsoft to release a fix.

This is most likely a recent UI update from Microsoft that shifted the default legend position on dashboard charts. The chart definition itself still shows the legend at the bottom when viewed from a list view, but dashboards render it differently.
