Hi,
I have confirmed a Contract in PSA. However, is there a way I can still review this Contract. The reason I would like to do this is to be able to add additional Contract Lines.
Any suggestions/best practices or work around?

We have this situation as well. The PSA guide says to create a new contract but that is daft, a contract often needs to be varied after initially being agreed. So we created a small workflow to change confirmed contracts back to draft. Seems to work fine, we've seen no side affects to date.
