Social Pane customization in CRM version 9

Hello,

I come here to ask a question about the Social Pane improvements in CRM version 9.

I am planning for an upgrade from version 8.2 to version 9, and I need to know if in version 9 the Social Pane became more customizable.

All I want to do is to choose which Activities are displayed, and open the Quick Create form when the user clicks "Add Phone Call" instead of the default form.

It doesn't have to be a straightforward way, as long as I can achieve my customizations.

    Hi,

    this will only work for unified interface, default web client doesnt have this options.
