Edit/View link on Workflow email not opening the window in Dynamics GP

I hope you can help?

I have a client using Dynamics GP 2015 R2 version 14.00.0817 that has workflow setup for Financial batches.

They are receiving the email to the approver however when they click on the view/edit link it comes up with the usual Security Notice then doesn't open the GL batch window. On one client it does nothing at all but on a different client they get an error saying "A error has occurred trying to process your url" with an Ok button then doesn't do anything.

Both clients have GP and Office installed on the same client so should be bringing up the screen but isn't.

Any ideas?
