Exportring and Importing Database DynamicsNav 2016

Hi experts,

how to export and import database with dynamics nav 2016?

i try the following but doesn't work :

1)

Export-NAVData -DatabaseServer 'xxx' -DatabaseName 'Demo Database NAV (9-0)' -AllCompanies -FilePath 'C:\backup\zzz.navdata' -IncludeApplication -IncludeApplicationData -IncludeGlobalData

2)

i create a new database in development Environment "NewDatabase"

 

3)

Import-NAVData -DatabaseServer 'xxx' -DatabaseName 'NewDatabase'  -IncludeApplication -IncludeApplicationData -IncludeGlobalData -FilePath C:\backup\zzz.navdata'
