Most credit card processors offer phone authorization services. You can call their phone number and obtain an authorization number that can be manually entered into the Point of Sale system without an internet connection.This service is usually provided as a back-up in case your internet goes down. Check with your merchant services provider for more information about how they handle credit card authorization over the phone.
Otherwise, no. You must be online to process credit cards.
