Dear All,

Greetings..!!

i'm unable to open journal, which has icon on in-use journal. i have checked on online users, and end their session but still i can't open that journal.

is there any other way to open that journal?

If you go to the "Blocking" tab, is the "In use" or "Locked by system" checkbox editable?

If yes, uncheck the checkbox will free it up.
