Power Automate Cloud: Is the HTML to PDF OneDrive method going to be fixed? (CSS Formatting issues)

Posted on by 2
Hi there,

Since July, I believe since the CrowdStrike outage issue, the HTML to PDF method using Power Automate Cloud (Create OneDrive File > Convert OneDrive File > Create SharePoint File) has been completely broken, as OneDrive's Convert File (to pdf) action is not rendering CSS properly (images not being scaled, fonts have changed, the layout is all over the place...).

This is for code which was working perfectly prior to the appearance of this issue and which has not been modified since.

Is the HTML/CSS rendering of the OneDrive Convert File action going to be fixed? We have very important flows at our company that we are going to need to be using soon and we have not heard anything yet, despite this issue having been reported by plenty of users since July, not to mention there was no apparent warning of these changes to key features for professional, paying customers.

Best regards.

Unfortunately, this issue with the OneDrive Convert File action not rendering CSS properly is known and has been affecting many users. Microsoft is aware of the problem, but there hasn’t been a confirmed fix or update on the timeline for resolution.
