Adding contacts simultaneously to multiple marketing lists

Hello,

Quick question, is there a way to add contacts to multiple marketing lists simultaneously? So far I can only see a way to add contacts to one marketing list at a time, which is quite a slow process when you have numerous lists that you need to add the same set of contacts to.

Hi Spaz,

We can add one contact to multiple marketing lists simultaneously, but not multiple contacts.

Since the relationship between contact and marketing list is N:N, we can insert a sub-grid of marketing list on the contact form.

Then in the contact form, click + and look up more records.

Select marketing lists and click Select and Add, current contact will be added to the selected marketing lists.

Hi Hao,

What you outline above does not work for me, when I click on contacts from a contact view I can only select one marketing list at a time. Does it depend on what version of Dynamics you have? I am using version 8 Dynamics 365 on premise.

Hi Spaz,

In the Contact view, select some contacts and click Add to Marketing List button, search the marketing list, then we can click multipe marketing lists and click Add button.

This way, these selected contacts will be added into multipe marketing lists.
