Hi All,
How many portal instances provided with dynamics 365 customer engagement enterprise subscription ?
As like Dynamics 365 provided one Production & one Non-production instance for CRM.
But D365 portal any sandbox instance available? Or do we need to purchase sandbox instance ?
Please share any licensing links available for portal.

No, only one portal is provided with the production instance, no portal instance for the sandbox, you need buy one.

In Licensing guide its mentioned
"One portal is included with any Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan Business Application subscription, per tenant, shared across all Customer Engagement Plan Business Applications. A Customer Engagement Plan Business Application subscription is required to administer and configure the portal. Each portal may only be associated with one instance."
If D365 Provides two instances Production & Non-production. as per above statement does that mean
One Portal for production and one portal for sandbox (non-production)?

Hi,
Only one portal instance is free with Dynamics 365 subscription, you need to buy additional portal instance for your dev or UAT. You can buy $500 per portal instance
