Good day,

Other questions about Dynamics 365 Human Resources:

Is there a way to have Medical Aid as a benefit and create several plans under it? if Yes, could someone assist me?

Also, I have created all the plans as benefits but the part of the dependents is greyed out. Is this normal?

    Yes, you can create a Benefit plan for type Medical. Please see the article on that: Create a benefits plan - Human Resources | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Docs
