There are several, I don't know what area you are in however here is a link that could help you off the MS customersource site
Since I answer questions on behalf of Microsoft I can't name any directly. Hopefully if any from the forum would chime in it would be appreciated.

I do not do any SL consulting (there are tons of knowledgeable and friendly people who can help you), but if you need any Dynamics SL Web Apps customizations or custom development, I have done my fair share of that. You can check out my timecard customizations here and an example of a custom developed project (multiple new screens) here

Hi paddyjpm, there are many quality firms that work with Dynamics SL, as well as many independent consultants who can usually assist with the same quality and often at a lower hourly rate (such as myself). It really depends on what type of assistance you're looking for. I'd be happy to take this discussion off-line for further details.
