We are looking for a way to track expirations dates for our vendors and have the AP Module not cut a check if the certificate of insurance is expired.
We use Wennsoft, but not the job costing module.
Has anyone done this and how do I set up.

Hi Kaye,
There are a couple of different ways you can do this, but here's one suggestion. You could write a stored proc that would run everyday and compare the current date to the expiration date. If the expiration date is on or before the current date, mark the Vendor as being on 'hold'. To put the vendor on hold, set the value of the PM00200.HOLD field to 1. You might also want to put a password on removing the hold in the payables setup window.
