Is there a report (or is there a way to create a report) that links the journal entry batch number ( JBxxxxxxxx) that is reflected when entering a manual journal entry to the Journal Number (GJTxxxxxxxx) or Voucher GENJ-xxxxxxxxx that shown in the General ledger transaction list report?

Please try the following report-:

General Ledger > Inquiries & Reports > Ledger Reports - "Posted transactions by Journal".
