I have following requirement for Quarterly Report in Management Report writer.

It should report at follows:

January reports January
February Reports January + February
March Reports January + February + March
April Reports April
May Reports April + May
June Reports April + May + June

How can I achieve it in MR.

Any help on this will be highly appreciable.

Thanks much

I'm not going to test this myself BUT try this:

12 columns - one for each month, with the periods called out (January would be 1, Feb would be 1:2, March 1:3, April 4, etc)

but have it only print the column if it's the reporting period.  P=B.

    Hi Matt,

Appreciate for your reply. I have not specified those column. Only one column will be there as Qtrly and it should give result as we print. User will print report any month, if it printed on Jan, it should give total of Jan and if it printed on March, it should give total of Jan to March. But if it is printed on April then only for April and so on. (Example is explain in my previous post).

Do you think it is possible?

    Thanks Much

Are those columns that you specified?

If so, you could run the report with a base of period 6 (June) and do something like below:
