Can I add skills to the Position So I don't have to create multiple jobs for the same position

I want to add language spoken and level to a position. I would like to use skills to do this.

I want to create one job of the type agent and then for each position different language skills.

Is that standard possible and if not how do I extend the datamodel to make it possible.
