form submissions from specific email

Is there a way of seeing form submission from different sources or do we need utm tags or powerbi to do that?

To be able to see how the email performed we want to see how many of the submissions comes from that specific email.

There is a box on insight for emails that i would want some clarification about:

is that only for totally new leads?

Because then i dont understand that view? if you send an email its most often a segment from your database or someone that have filled in a form, then they are already leads?

    1.When a contact submits a landing page, Marketing typically auto-creates a lead for that contact, and marketers can manually add leads for contacts at any time:

    2.The field means the number of leads generated as a result of this email:

    3.There is a leaderboard report in the Power BI Reports and Templates library:
