Purchase Invoice get receipt line does not close Purchase Order

Hi Guys

Just wanted to clarify that if this by design and want to understand it bit more. When creating purchase invoice by using Get Receipt Lines function from the invoice itself, then the base purchase order remain without deletion or archiving

    Yes, that is by design.  If you create invoices separately the original PO will not get deleted. You can use the Batch Deleted Invoiced Purchase Orders.

    It’s the same for purchase or sales. There are corresponding batch jobs you can run on the job queue: Delete Invoiced Purch. Orders
