Is it possible to set up multiple invoice forms? We would like to set up a second invoice form just for our service invoices. We need to remove several fields that are on our regular invoice form that we do not want to print on service invoices. How would I choose which invoice form to print? It is not customer specific so we would need to be able to choose which form to print when we print invoices.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

Unfortunately there is no way to copy the SOP Blank Invoice Form format you have modified into the other forms. They all have different formatting and hardcoded calculations that are different from each other. It takes time to modify them in report writer which I understand but currently that is the only way to do it.

Thanks, Leslie. Is there an easy way to copy my modified SOP Blank Invoice Form to one of these other layouts, like the other form? I have made many modifications to my blank invoice form and it would be so much simpler to start with that form and make my changes.
In the Print SOP Documents window, you can choose between any of the four built-in layouts (blank form, short form, long form, other form). You could modify any of those formats to include the specific fields/layouts that you need.
