Hi,
I would like to add a new custom form created in dexterity to GP navigation menu that is Transactions >> Sales >> AAA.
Can some one help me on this?
I am able to add my form to the GP home page as a shortcut but not coming on menu.

The best advise I can give you is to follow the instructions available in the IG.PDF document provided with the Microsoft Dexterity IDE. Look at Part 5: Navigation, chapters 22 and 23.
In essence, you will need to setup a command form that's going to host your command list to open your form. Then you will need to add the menu item using the existing Microsoft Dynamics GP menu API, which is described around page 188 of the manual. There's a full example on page 190.
