Direct Dep Advice slip 02635 I need more lines for Details D

I recently upgraded to 7.0 from 6.5 and my adjustments for the details d section do not work for me in this report.  I need to have more lines available in the details D section so I do not print every check on 2 pages.  I would rather they all print on one page.  It has been several years since I modified it and do not recall what I did to have the details d section expand to more lines than are currently available.  Any help would be appreciated.  I would like to be able to print 22 lines in the details d section.

    Would this work for the DD form that gets emailed? I'm finding that what should fit on one page on a regular DD doesn't fit when emailed as a PDF. Always end up with three pages, with the middle page just having lines, no data. The last page of the PDF has a couple of lines. Would need to add report 02635ppdso to the ini file, correct? Dynamics SL 2011.

    They changed the .ini this morning & will find out on their next check run - will let you know.

    Hi Denise,

    You could try 20 to see if that works.  I don't believe the pre-process limits the number of lines on the DD advice slips.

    Is there any way to get more than 18 detail lines on the stub?  There is room for it...

    I heard there is a preprocess the report uses.

    Let me know if there is anything else my client can do.

    Hello Nathan,

    The maximum number of lines that will print on a check stub is 18.  The default number of lines that will print on the stub is 12.  To increase the number of lines that will print on the stub to  18, you would need to make a modification to your Solomon.ini file.  Open the file with Notepad and create a section called Report Detail Lines if it doesn't already exist.  I included a sample of how the entry might look.

    [Report Detail Lines]
    02635s=18
