Business Portal 5.1 Matching UserID and EmployeeID for new users.

Good morning,

We have recently installed BP 5.1 in a test environment. When creating new users, we are having to match each user (User ID) individually with their respective Employee ID. This process is cumbersome and clunky. Is this the way the Business Portal interface with MSGP is designed or did we make an error in the setup configuration?

This is a manual process. Are you creating that many new users that this is taking a long time to do or are you just really looking for a more seamless process? Sounds like a great product suggestion!
