Grant access to CRM on-premises to Azure B2B users

Posted on by

Hi,

I need to give Azure B2B users access to an instance of CRM 2015 on-premieses, as my ADFS server won't accept 2 providers of Azure AD.

Any one would happen to know if what is explained in this post for Access to SAML apps is all required to allow access to guest users?

That sounds interesting. Not so a while ago I read this article about B2B CRM strategies, might be useful to read it: www.cleveroad.com/.../b2b-crm-strategies

Of course, I should have realized that ;-)

My knowledge about ADFS etc. is limited, so I hope somebody else can help you out.

    Good luck.

I guess you should follow the post about how to Grant B2B users in Azure AD access to your on-premises applications.

Alternative could be an Internet Facing Deployment of your CRM 2015:

    Hi Stefan,

    That's what I've done.

But as users exist only in Azure AD, and not on-premises AD, CRM doesn't found these users and they get a 404 error.

    Hi Jorge,

Why don't you add the guest users (B2B) to the one and only Azure AD that is connected to your ADFS server?
