The Sales Order Agent in the Sandbox environment repeatedly throws this error, and I've been trying to fix it for days. The HTTP request toggle is on, the customer and contact information associated with the email I'm using to contact the monitored mailbox are also there. What else can I do?
The error isn’t from the Sales Order Agent, it’s from the Red Maple (RMP) Advanced Credit Cards extension.
Your user is missing Read permission to table 71563576 (RMP Electronic Payment Setup).
Fix:
Give the user the Red Maple permission set (RMP*), or add Read access to table 71563576.
Then the Agent will work.
