I am looking for a payment solution that can be integrated with RMS 2 and also can support level 3 purchasing. I've talked to First Data. Unfortunately, their software could not accomplish what I am looking for. I am looking for something that credit card information is sent from different local stores to be processed in one central location. Any software available to do that?

Actually each terminal within act independently while processing credit cards. Meaning the credit card data doesn't go to a central server first but directly to the clearinghouse from the terminal. This was designed this way so that Offline Mode could still process credit cards without the central server or database.
You could in theory use PC Charge 5.9.1 over a vpn to accomplish this but you would have multiple points of failure and is not advised.
