Hi there, we are in the process of implementing D365 HR with the version of 202 release Wave 1.
At the ESS workspace, whenever a worker (Mr A) send a feedback to another worker (Mr B), the manager of the sender will also receive an auto email about the feedback, but NOT the manager of Mr B, is there any configuration I can make, so the Mr B's manager will receive the feedback email ? or even turn off the auto email to the managers ?

I did not find a setting for selecting email recipients.
My understanding, the emails might be sent to the recipient, sender, and managers according to the organization hierarchy.

Hi QianQW, thanks for the reply, and as you suggested, I have created an idea to MS. However, I also came across a doc in
docs.microsoft.com/.../hr-employee-manager-self-service-overview
which seems to me that whom will receive the feedback email, is depending on the orgainsation set up, so I thought there may be some sort of configuration that I have missed out, here is what I found in the docs.microsoft
"Under Performance, you can select Performance journals to create performance journal entries to use on both performance goals and reviews. You can select Send feedback to provide feedback for other employees within your organization. Depending on your organization's settings, emails might be sent to the recipient, sender, and managers. You can send feedback to all employees within the organization. Sending feedback isn't restricted by company"

The performance management lets employees document and discuss their performance with their managers. So the managers will receive the email notification automatically.
Both the sender's and receiver's managers will receive the email.docs.microsoft.com/.../hr-develop-performance-management-overview
If you want to turn off this option. You can create an idea to Microsoft.experience.dynamics.com/.../
