Authentication problem in Dynamics CRM 2011 as Administrator for all users registered in Active Directory

A few days ago I changed the Active Directory Administrator password to terminate business partner relationship and the problem is that I started to see errors signing in to CRM related HTTP 401.2 error, after investigating and in my desperation I modified parameters in the IIS Manager 7.0 and the problem that I have is that when signing up any user in CRM visualizes a profile as Administrator, even signifies that the Administrator is signed even though he has been an operational user. Other thinks that i change it's in the Applications Pools, i don't know how is the correct config in the CRMAppPool. In some part of the IIS i put by default the user domain\Administrator and the password, and i don't know if after there all users signing same Administrators.  I appreciate your help or how I could solve my problem, thanks.
