Dear all;
i am using AX2012 R3, and in transfer order when sites add products they some times select items which we are not having them any more currently.
i want to stop or prevent the branches from selecting the incorrect products
like in the above image i don't want the branches to select it plus i don't want to delete it permanently from the system.

Do you want to disable it only in the transfer order or disable it in all transactions? If this item no longer exists, you can select the 'Stopped' Check at Inventory tab through Default Order Setting in Released product form or remove it from related category.
