Error when receiving purchase order using WMS app - The print count value cannot be smaller than 1

I am trying to receive a purchase order using the 'Purchase order item receiving' mobile menu and it is throwing the following error.
There is no print setup enabled on the mobile menu. There are no customizations in any of the WMS flows either.
Has anyone encountered this error or know how to handle it?
I am using cluster putaway for this process but even when I am receiving without assigning a putaway cluster I am getting the same error.
I have done PO receiving on the same environment (using the same mobile menu options) couple of weeks back and it was working as expected.

I have the same question (0)

Could you please double-check the Purchase Receive mobile menu item and confirm whether “Print label” is enabled? You mentioned it’s disabled, but it might be worth verifying once more.

Also, please review the work template for Purchase order receiving. If a Print work type step is included in the template, the system may expect a print setup, which could be causing this error.

    Good day,

Does the worktemplate for purchase orders have a print step?

    Best regards,

    Hi,

    Check these things

    1 - Work created has a print step. Yes/No
2 - If answer to above is yes check if proper document routing setups are done for printing to trigger.

For enabling others in a better way do share the screenshot of the menu item which you are using and the work and its cluster.

    Hi Syed, Laurens, Sagar,

    Thank you for your responses.
The receiving mobile device menu that I am using does not have print label enabled on it.
I do have the print step added on the purchase order work template but that work template is for creating put away work and I am getting this error during PO receiving. As a precaution I did try by deleting the print step on the work template and still got the same error.

Could you please check the Document Routing setup? There is a possibility that it is configured to print a License Plate label during license plate creation. If the print quantity or configuration is incorrect, it may trigger the error we are seeing during the receiving process.

It ended up being an error from an ISV installed on the environment.
The ISV released an upgrade which had a bug in it that broke the receiving process.
We rolled back the ISV to an older version and everything started working as expected.
