Hi,

Anyone does have answer, When I am preview the report from WebClient It is opening. But when I am saving from Save button on the report in Excel or pdf, it is going timed out showing '/' Application Error.

On Event of server, there is a warning message: request has been aborted with Event ID 1309.

I have tried to change the timeout limit for the webclient setting in IIS 120 sec to 300. But it seems not working. the application error is getting in 2 mins.

NAV 2013 r2 IN RTM version.

Better you apply latest Cumulative Platform Update 30 - (April 2016) in test environment and see the working.

It looks this is known issue and fixed in CU11.

360538 The web client fails when previewing reports or exporting to Excel.

Try to apply CU11 or latest platform hotfix and see if that resolves the issue.

What browser do you use? Does it behave the same if you change the browser?
