Problems using Microsoft Power BI

I use Microsoft Power Bi and have to login and create an account and there is a monthly charge. 
I create a Power BI account, because a business i am associated with generates reports for our financies, KPI's and PMS reports. They display a Dashboard service. 
 
The problem is I have created two accounts, both paid for monthly, and neither are working. PLUS and the most  frustrating is that I can not contact Microsoft support to get any assistance.  
This whole experience is extremely frustrating. 
Can some please assist or direct me to where i can get assistance. Thank you

    PowerBI Accounts and licenses are tied to the tenant in which your account is accessing. If you are being asked to access reports and data that through reports that reside in another tenant, you will need to have a license in that tenant.
     
    Maybe you can explain more what you mean that "neither are working". Is this an issue with the licenses being attached to an account, or a problem with the reporting itself? I would recommend you contact this business you are associated with for assistance. I'm not sure that is much we here will be able to do to help, unless this is a specific error or problem with the reports that requires some technical assistance.
